Today, while browsing the Internet in search of some items that have a steak on the grill, I visited a website that proclaims itself provide advice on how to eat with regard to health, but which should be more careful when making recommendations to their readers not to provide information that is not realistic (taking into account the issues they intend to focus).
It is sad to see how websites should provide free articles and explaining reality based on hard facts, merely to present opinions on the flavors of the food (not referencing what causes these flavors in terms of health problems) or even recommend a wire brush to clean the grills (when the danger of the use of brushes is huge).
When the focus of the matters relating to food and health should be cared for as to provide correct information, it is sad to see that there is only the intention of putting materials online to get views.
I should mention once again that the website in question presents itself as a website that aims to provide more accurate information (which is what I also imagine it should be) so that it can contribute to food and health education of their readers .
When we’re not sure about the subject we want to reference for lack of scientific basis, we should not recommend anything that harms the readers. To do this, a detailed research should be done.
